Day 1: March 30 – Arrival and Opening Circle

Pick up from Kathmandu Airport and transfer to
Hotel at the End of the Universe Nagarkot.
Check in to clean and comfortable accommodation.

Opening circle to set intentions for the week.
Healthy and delicious dinner with a glimpse of the itinerary.

Day 4: April 2 – Freedom & Connect with Nature

- Morning: Free Your Spine Yoga flow & let go of fear.
- Healthy breakfast. -
- Midday: Hiking trip to enjoy the nature and view of the Nagarkot mountains.
- Afternoon: Back to the hotel and rest.
- Sunset: Freedom Meditation and the art of journaling.
- Evening: Healthy and delicious dinner and connect with each other.

Day 6: April 4 – A New Authentic Self
Day 7: April 5 – Farewell & Closing Circle and Providing YACEP® Certificates

- Morning: Closing Circle and handing out of ®YACEP certificates.

- All day: Departure and transfer to the Kathmandu airport.

Malak Faour

Malak Faour is a content creator, entrepreneur, and wellness journey designer, known for her innovative approach to holistic health and creative entrepreneurship. She holds several certifications, including RYT® 500 accreditation from Yoga Alliance® and a Bachelor's degree in Animation and Filmmaking from LUCT University in Malaysia. Malak combines her expertise in various yoga styles, including acro yoga, meditation, and breathwork, with her artistic background to create unique content and inspiring wellness experiences. Over the course of more than 10 years, she has inspired people worldwide to embrace creativity, self-discovery, and personal growth.

In 2019, Malak made a bold decision to leave behind a successful career, ignoring the concerns of her friends and family about her choice to begin a journey of self-discovery and find her true self. Despite the achievements she had accumulated over many years, she felt a deep sense of disconnection, which led her to embark on a two-year journey. Confronting her fears and shedding the societal expectations built on unfounded fears, she rediscovered her authentic self and a renewed sense of purpose.

This transformative journey inspired Malak to help others find their own path to self-awareness and personal growth. Her story of letting go, healing, and rediscovering her essence has become a powerful source of inspiration for those seeking authenticity and transformation.

Take the leap towards your physical, spiritual and psychological development

Dalida Hourani’s journey is one of passion, growth, and transformation. As a little girl, ballet was her way of expressing herself and connecting with the world. However, as life unfolded, there were times she felt lost. Unable to continue her passion for ballet, she kept seeking something meaningful to restore her clarity and sense of self.

Her path then led her to teaching, where she shaped the lives of young students, finding joy and purpose in guiding them. The love and transformation she experienced through motherhood inspired her to continue searching for fulfillment. It was through yoga that she found the reconnection she had been longing for, marking a turning point in her life.

After earning her RYT® 200-hour certification from the Yoga Alliance®, Dalida transitioned from teaching English to becoming a full-time yoga instructor, leaving her daytime job behind. She has since built a trusted community, guiding others on their yoga journeys while continuing her own path of growth and exploration.

Today, Dalida is a proud mom and an independent yoga instructor. She creates unique yoga flows and barre classes that blend her love for movement and expression. Dalida’s mission is to help others feel free in both mind and body through movement, building a supportive community where she and her students can grow together.

Raghad Alshunaifi

Raghad is the business developer behind Raw Escapes, driving its vision and expanding the reach of holistic wellness in Saudi Arabia. With years of experience in creative industries and business development, she brings a unique blend of strategy and soul, bridging the gap between movement and stillness to inspire transformation. As a certified classical Hatha yoga teacher and professional rock climber, Raghad embodies the balance between strength and surrender. Whether scaling mountain summits or flowing through yoga postures, she sees movement as a gateway to limitless potential. An adventurous spirit at heart, she finds solace in nature—climbing, dancing, and immersing herself in the art of movement. She is a seeker, exploring self-expression through physicality, rhythm, and deep connection to the present moment.

She introduces Flow of the Soul, a liberating movement practice where each dancer explores a spectrum of expression—from twirling and twisting to leaping and expanding. For Raghad, dance is more than movement—it is expansion. Growing up, she often felt confined within her physical form, while her emotions were vast and boundless. Flow of the Soul was born from this longing—to create space beyond the body, to embrace the unseen energy that surrounds us.

After experiencing Flow of the Soul, you will feel expansive, breaking beyond the limits of the body. You will feel empowered, moving with intention and authenticity.
