You are entitled to cancel your participation in the retreat and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 3 weeks before the start date of the retreat (March 30, 2025).
The deadline for cancellation is March 9, 2025. If you cancel your booking before this date, we will provide a full refund.
To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us of your decision with a clear statement by contacting us through the contact form on the website.
We will process the refund no later than 60 days from the cancellation date. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original booking, and no fees will be charged for the refund except for any applicable bank transaction fees.
If you cancel after March 9, 2025, the refund will no longer be applicable.

Cancellation Conditions:

- No refund will be issued for cancellations made after March 9, 2025.
- To secure your spot in the retreat, full payment is required. Partial payments do not guarantee your participation, as the retreat operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We reserve the right to deny any cancellation or booking request that does not comply with the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy:

Refund: If the cancellation is made in accordance with these conditions, a full refund will be provided. If the cancellation is made after March 9, 2025, no refund will be issued.
Transfer of Booking or Payment
If a participant wishes to transfer partial or full payment to another person, they must contact us first and obtain approval before proceeding with the transfer. Approval from the new participant is also required.
Refund of Payment:
If a participant decides to cancel their booking in accordance with these terms, they will be responsible for the cost and risks associated with the refund process.
We are not liable for any losses or damages that may occur during the refund process. Therefore, we recommend using a secure and trackable mailing service. Refunds cannot be issued without receiving the payment or proof of its return.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip at any time without prior notice. This may be due to unforeseen circumstances or any other reason we deem necessary. In the event of a trip cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.
Trip Cancellation and Schedule Changes:
We also reserve the right to change the schedule or rearrange activities without prior notice. This may occur due to circumstances beyond our control or to ensure the comfort and safety of the participants.
Participants will not be entitled to any compensation or refund in the case of a schedule change as outlined.
Securing your spot:
To secure your spot in the retreat, full payment is required. Partial payments do not guarantee participation, as the retreat operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Gifts:
If the retreat is booked as a gift and the payment is made by someone other than the participant, the refund or credit will be issued to the gift recipient, unless the gift is specified during the booking process.
If the retreat is designated as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, we will provide a gift credit equal to the refund amount. After receiving the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to the original buyer.
We do not consider transferring retreat bookings to other participants as gifts unless we have pre-approved the new participant. Therefore, we ask you to contact us before transferring the booking or payment to ensure our approval of the recipient as a gift participant.
We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation, transfer, or booking request that does not comply with the above conditions at our sole discretion.
